My husband and I were recently in Philadelphia to see some friends over the holidays. In the midst of catching up with everyone, we saved some time just for us. We dressed up and headed to Morimoto’s for a decadent Japanese meal. I decided to wear something simple and therefore chose an all black ensemble. To keep it from being too bland, I incorporated a mix of textures – leather, lucite, and wool. This created contrast and differentiation between the pieces. Add a cat-eye to the make-up routine and you’re ready for a night out on the town!
