If socially acceptable, I would make noodle soup my only form of sustenance. A big bowl of hot broth and rice noodles with an assortment of accoutrements is my idea of a perfect meal. I like mine a bit on the spicy side with sturdy greens, like bok choy, incorporated into the soup (to ensure I eat my vegetables). I may be a bit biased given my heritage, so I’ll share with you a few mouth-watering options and let you be the judge as to whether it is a delicious as I make it out to be. Bon appetit!
